Single-Nozzle High-Performance Printing

The H2S features a single high-flow hotend capable of reaching 350°C with up to 65 mm³/s flow rate (high-flow nozzle). With a generous 340x320x340mm build volume, it handles large projects that would require a much more expensive printer. The quick-swap nozzle design (0.2/0.4/0.6/0.8mm) allows rapid adaptation to different print requirements.

AI-Powered Smart Sensing

Equipped with 23 sensors, 3 cameras, and Bambu Lab’s self-developed PMSM servo motor, the H2S continuously monitors every aspect of your print. The servo extruder performs 20,000 torque adjustments per second, detecting filament grinding and nozzle clogs in real time. The AI system detects spaghetti failures, build plate adhesion issues, and more — stopping failed prints before they waste time and material.

Active Chamber Heating

The 65°C actively heated chamber, combined with a 120°C heated bed and 350°C hotend, enables reliable printing of the most demanding engineering materials. Three smart modes adapt to different needs:

  • High-Temp Mode: Sealed chamber up to 65°C for ABS, ASA, PC, PA, and carbon fiber materials
  • Low-Temp Mode: Open top vent for PLA, PETG, and standard materials with filtered exhaust
  • Laser Mode: Auto-damper directs smoke to the ventilation system during cutting/engraving

Laser Cutting & Engraving (Optional)

Add the 10W 455nm blue laser module to cut and engrave wood, rubber, leather, acrylic, and more. The laser cuts through up to 5mm plywood in a single pass. Features include:

  • Real-time visual spatial alignment with 0.3mm accuracy via overhead camera
  • Airflow assist to clear smoke and debris for clean cuts

The digital knife cutting module enables precision cutting of vinyl, cardboard, fabric, and thin materials up to 0.5mm thick.
